Medi-Cal and Covered California accept new policy holders quarterly. Be sure to follow up with your county office or online application if you don’t get a response within 45 days.

Covered California offers free mental health services on their platform, LiveHealth, Online, however every provider is different.
Make sure to check with your provider and see if a therapist is in your network or if you'll have to pay out of pocket.
