What is a Kamado Pot?
Similar to an egg but not at all an egg. Do not confuse a Kamado Pot with an Egg because they're completely different, however, they look identical. A Kamado Pot is a concrete grill that uses charcoal to heat and cook the items you so choose to grill. It requires somebody with a backrgound in Kamado Pot grilling for the first time Kamado Pot grillers out there. For those who don't know how to use a Kamado Pot, here are some basic steps to get you started...

Kamado Pot
recipe's
Butterfly Leg of Lamb
Leg of Lamb
6" of Rosemary
1/4 cup of Worcester sauce
1/6 cup Red Wine
1 tsp. Black Pepper
A dash of salt
The recipe my Dad and I cooked called for a 4.29 pound leg of lamb that we bought from Costco. Rinse, take off silver-skin with boning knife, set the pre-cut meat off to the side on a sheet pan. After you've prepped your garlic, take the garlic and mince into the meat.

Zukes
Skin, rinse, cut off both ends, cut in half length wiese, and put on plate, and cover until the Kamado Pot is ready.
Prep your vegetables while the Lamb is on the Kamado Pot, the lamb can easily be slow cooked.
Potatoes
Rinse, skin, and wash thoroughly. Put on a plate, cover. Place each potatoe on aluminum wrap.
Prep your potatoes with your zukes, and corn to put all your vegetables on the grill after the Leg of Lamb is done.
Garlic
A must for nearly every Kamado Pot recipe and every kitchen. A general rule of thumb, or staple, for most recipes.
Corn
Husk corn, rinse corn, cut off the ends of the corn that are not edible and throw them away. Measure out enough aluminum foil to cover the entire length of the corn, cover with butter, or, olive oil, and garlic, grill, and enjoy!
